Apple Watch, iPad, Airpod or Beats Repair Request
Please allow 1-4 working days to complete the diagnostic stage. We will consult with the customer before placing any orders with Apple.
If we need to order a part from Apple, average ETA is 1-3 weeks. Delay is due to limited flights into Guam (DHL) from Apple Singapore.
For iPads
Before dropping the unit off:
1) If possible, it is highly recommended that you back up your iPad. We will not be responsible for any data lost during the repair process
2) Remove any external case, accessories or screen protective glass
3) Disable the ‘Find my Device’ feature. This feature must be disabled to create an order with Apple. This feature only applies to 2018 and above models.
How to Disable “Find my iPhone” feature:
a) Turn off in Find my iPhone App
b) Sign into iCloud account using the Apple ID that is used with the IPad
c) Select Find my iPhone icon. Select the device list. Select the device. Remove from Account.
We can also assist with this procedure at the service counter.
For Airpods
For all Airpod repairs, whole set must submitted for repair.
For Apple Watch
Unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone before submitting for repair.
Drop off and pickup time is between 9:30AM – 4:00 PM. Monday – Friday, the earlier the better. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

NOTE: Servicing Apple Watch requires a valid Apple serial number, which can be found in these locations:
1. Etched on the back housing (1) for Apple Watch (1st generation).
2. Within the band slot closest to the Digital Crown (2) for Apple Watch Series 1, Series 2, Series 3, Series 4, and Series 5.
3. In watchOS Settings > General > About.
4. On the companion iPhone in the Watch app > My Watch > General > About.
If any of the following conditions exist, then the device is ineligible for service:
1. The Apple serial number etching is missing.
Note, for aluminum models only: Discoloration of the serial number etching does not affect service eligibility. See the green section of the Service Eligibility Guidelines on page 14.
2. The device has been purposefully defaced or has falsified identification.
3. Any mismatch of the serial number information.
