iPhone Repair Request

As Guam’s Apple Authorized Service Provider, we provide full support for Apple Exchange and Repair Extension Programs.

Please fill out the form below for an iPhone that you would like to submit for repair.  

Please note that for all iPhone models (except for 12 series), any issue that cannot be resolved by replacing display, battery, speaker or rear camera will require a whole unit replacement through the Apple Exchange program.

For iPhone 12 series models, any issue that cannot be resolved by replacing display, battery, speaker or rear camera will require replacement of the rear system.  Rear system includes everything except for display and rear camera.

Your warranty coverage and activation policy can only be confirmed after running the  serial number checker from Apple. (Please allow 5-10 minutes of wait time in the parking lot while we run this test) 

Accidental damage is only covered under AppleCare Plus and not under the standard one year Apple warranty.

 If a unit is turned in under warranty repair and we cannot make a warranty claim, there is a $25 non-refundable diagnostic / inspection fee.

Our diagnostic/ inspection fee is non-refundable ($25-$45). This fee will be applied toward your final repair charge.

Before dropping the unit off:

1) If possible, it is highly recommended that you back up your iPhone.  We will not be responsible for any data lost during the repair process.  Some repair and calibration procedure requires writing data to the phone which might affect the iPhone data.

2) Remove the external case, accessories and screen protective glass.  Screen protective glass must be removed to open the display properly

3) Disable the ‘Find my Device’ feature.  This feature must be disabled to create an order with Apple.


How to Disable “Find my iPhone” feature:

 Find my iPhone feature must be turned off for any unit that requires a replacement part from Apple. This feature can be turned off by

  1. a) Find my IPhone App
  2. b) Remove it within iCloud account using Apple ID that is used with the phone.

    We will need 2-3 working days to complete the diagnostics and internal inspection.  Upon completion of diagnostic stage, we will consult with you if any parts need to be ordered.

    If we need to order a part from Apple, average ETA is 2-3 weeks.

    Delay is due to limited flights into Guam (DHL) from Apple Singapore.

    We are not allowing customers into the store.

    Phones must be dropped off before 10:30 AM on the appointment day to be qualified for a one to two day turn around (when quoted).
