iPhone Repair Request

As Guam’s Apple Authorized Service Provider, we provide full support for Apple Exchange and Repair Extension Programs.

Please fill out the form below for an iPhone that you would like to submit for repair.  


For all iPhone models (except for 12, 13 and 14 series), any issue that cannot be resolved by replacing display, battery, speaker, taptic engine, front or rear camera will require a whole unit replacement through the Apple Exchange program.

For iPhone 12 and 13 series models, any issue that cannot be resolved by replacing display, battery, speaker, taptic engine, front or rear camera will require replacement of the rear system. Rear system includes everything except for display and rear camera.

Repair options for iPhone 14 series will be explained when the unit submitted for repair.

Please be reminded that we will not be able to retrieve any data for whole unit or rear system replacements.

Please allow 1-3 working days to complete the diagnostics and internal inspection. Upon completion of diagnostic stage, we will consult with you if any parts need to be ordered.

If we need to order a part from Apple, average ETA is 1-3 weeks. Delay is due to limited flights into Guam (DHL) from Apple Singapore.

For inaccessible iPhones, IMEI number can be substituted for serial number. The IMEI number can be found on the SIM tray. For iPhone 14 with no SIM tray, we can assist the customer at the service counter to obtain this information.

Your warranty coverage and activation policy can only be confirmed after running the serial number checker at our service counter. Please allow 5-10 minutes to run this test.

Accidental damage is only covered under AppleCare Plus and not under the standard one year Apple warranty.
If a unit is turned in under warranty repair and we cannot make a warranty claim, there is a $25 non-refundable diagnostic/inspection fee.

Out of warranty diagnostic/inspection fee is a non-refundable ($25-$45). This fee must be prepaid and will be applied toward your final repair charge.

Before dropping the unit off:
1) If possible, it is highly recommended that you back up your iPhone. We will not be responsible for any data lost during the repair process
2) Remove any external case, accessories and screen protective glass. Screen protective glass must be removed to open the display properly
3) Disable the ‘Find my Device’ feature. This feature must be disabled to create an order with Apple.


How to Disable “Find my iPhone” feature:
a) Turn off in Find my iPhone App
b) Sign into iCloud account using the Apple ID that is used with the phone.
c) Select Find my iPhone Icon. Select the device list. Select the device. Remove from Account.

Drop off and pickup time is between 9:30AM – 4:00 PM. Monday – Friday, the earlier the better. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
